It is a meaningful milestone for our team and an important step forward in building a recruitment platform that hiring teams can trust completely. It also strengthens our readiness to support larger organisations, enterprise groups and multi country teams that need dependable security as they scale.

We improved documentation, clarified responsibilities and began enforcing two factor authentication across all critical vendors. Teamdash also offers this option to users, allowing hiring teams to add an extra layer of protection to their accounts and candidate data.
Behind the scenes, the process brought the whole company together. There were plenty of checklists, workshops and moments where long standing habits needed a thoughtful review. Seeing it all come together in the final audit was a proud moment for everyone involved.
